Bonus tip: Complete the install with the leave-behind promo and earn an extra $5 on top of your successful visit pay. Each visit takes about 5 minutes.

WHAT COUNTS AS EACH VISIT TYPE?

Partial — $4

  • Left decal with merchant for self-install

  • Installed incorrectly (outside window or crooked) unless merchant requested

  • Installed decal but merchant refused bag drop cards

Successful — $9

  • Window cling installed inside window facing outward

  • Bag drop cards placed for to-go orders

  • Clear before & after photos captured

  • All required notes logged

WHAT DO I DO AT EACH LOCATION?

Walk in and introduce yourself: "I'm working alongside Grubhub to remove and install new decals in windows."

If approved: Photograph the existing decal. Remove it, install the new decal inside the window facing outward, and photograph the finished install. Place bag drop cards for to-go orders.

If denied: Thank them politely, leave behind a decal and a notepad, and record the refusal reason in your notes.

Always log at the end: Any competitor signage, merchant feedback, or urgent issues (tablet problems, receiving issues, or account cancellation requests).

BEST PRACTICES

Always do

  • Get approval before any install or removal

  • Take clear before and after photos

  • Keep the area clean — no trash left behind

  • Reinstall a crooked decal until it's straight

  • Stay positive if the merchant has concerns

  • Visit between 11 am – 7/8 pm

  • Check the notes screen to find out the store open hours for each merchant

Never do

  • Remove decals from cracked or damaged glass

  • Remove anything without asking first

  • Install outside the window or crooked (unless requested)

  • Skip photos — they're required so you get paid

  • Mark 'urgent' unless it's a real tablet/account issue

Capture photos + notes to complete every visit. Keep it clean, keep it straight, keep it professional.
