Where can I use my Paycard?

In-store POS: Use your Google/Apple wallet at in-store point-of-sale terminals.
Online: Use your Paycard to pay bills online or make purchases at websites that accept Mastercard.
Reservations: Use your Paycard to make hotel, airline and rental car reservations.

How to activate my Paycard?

Complete the Paycard onboarding process provided by Jyve
Your Paycard will be available in the Jyve Wallet app once your Paycard onboarding is approved.
Download the Jyve Wallet app to access the Paycard.

Things to keep in mind:

Your Paycard is a debit card that is loaded with money by Jyve each payday.
You can use your Paycard anywhere that accepts Mastercard.
If your card is compromised, you should lock the card and contact customer support via a support email, in-app, or phone.

How do I find my card information in-app?

Login to your Jyve Wallet app.
Once your Paycard onboarding process is complete, you will find the Paycard tab next to the Earning tab at the bottom of the app.
Tap on the Paycard image.
