How Do I Get Paid?
When you claim your first Jyve, you will move through two steps prior to claiming.
Submit for a background check through our partner, Yardstik.
Complete payment details through our payment partner, Zeal.
Once you have successfully completed those two steps, you can claim and complete your claimed Jyves to receive pay for the amount specified in the app.
Regular Payment Schedule
When will I get paid?
Payments are processed every Friday for all jobs completed between the previous Friday and Thursday. This applies to both standard and Quick Pay gigs.
Example:
Jobs completed from Friday, January 1 to Thursday, January 6 will be paid on Friday, January 7.
For some brands - Instant Pay
If your job passes our AI quality check, payment will be processed the same day, with funds typically arriving within 1–2 business days.
If the job does not pass the AI check, it will undergo a manual review and, if approved, will be processed on the next Friday payout schedule.
