Why can’t I claim a Jyve?

Jyvers may encounter errors when claiming a Jyve. Some reasons for this could be:

Jyver does not have the required certification
Jyver has not submitted their background check
Jyver has not set up their Stripe account

Once a Jyver completes all the required steps, they will be able to claim the posted Jyve. If you still have trouble claiming, please contact our Support team so we can help.
