What are the technical requirements for the Jyve app?

To use the Jyve app, you should have:

• A cell phone with a working camera (for taking pictures of completed work and fulfilling other Jyve tasks).

• A cellular plan with adequate data allowance (for claiming Jyves, completing and documenting tasks, and submitting Jyves for payment).

• A cell phone running iOS 15.1 or higher or Android version 8.1 or higher.

• Permission to access:

  • Camera

  • GPS / Location sharing service

  • Depending on the Jyve type, the app may also need permissions to access: phone, photo and video, notifications, music and audio.
