We want to make sure you always know when—and how—you'll get paid. Here's everything you need to know about Jyver payouts and what to do if something feels off.

How do Jyver payments work?

All jobs completed between Friday and the following Thursday are guaranteed to be paid the following Friday.

When will I receive my payment?

Payments are processed on a weekly cycle. Simply complete your jobs and you'll be paid the following Friday — no special tags or eligibility required.

What if I need my payment urgently?

We understand emergencies happen. If you have an urgent situation, contact our support team using the chat feature in the Jyve app. We'll do our best to help.
