Q1: What is this process for?
This process lets you transfer money from your virtual card to your bank account using Cash App or PayPal, instead of the Jyve wallet.

Q2: What do I need before starting?

• Your virtual card number, expiration date, and CVV

• Cash App or PayPal account (logged in)

Q3: How do I link my virtual card?

1. Open Cash App or PayPal.

2. Go to Linked Banks/Cards (or similar).

3. Select Add Debit/Credit Card.

4. Enter your virtual card details.

Q4: How do I pull funds from my virtual card?

1. On the main screen, choose Request/Add Cash.

2. Select your virtual card as the source.

3. Enter the amount and confirm.
   The money will move into your Cash App or PayPal balance.

Q5: How do I send the money to my bank?
From your Cash App or PayPal balance, select Transfer/Withdraw and move the funds to your linked bank account.

Q6: Any important reminders?

• Do not try to transfer directly from the Jyve wallet.
