How do I complete the Yardstik background check?

When you try to claim a Jyve for the first time, you’ll start the onboarding process to become a Jyver. 

To get started:

1. Download the Jyve app and sign up. You may to this link to get more information on "How to sign up as a Jyver"?

2. Claim your first Jyve to start setting up your banking information and start the background check process. A notification about our new payment system will appear. Click “Let’s go!” and fill out your personal information and bank details.

3. If you agree to the Terms and Conditions, give your consent for the background check by pressing "I Agree".

4. After ticking "Read Terms and Conditions and clicking "I Agree", your background check is now in progress. 

We're not able to answer specific questions about candidate background checks, but you can check the status or download a copy of your background check through the Yardstik Candidate Profile. 

Most Yardstik background checks are completed in less than 24 hours, but checks can take longer depending on your particular circumstances. Check out this article for more information about the background check process.

You’ll receive a text message from Jyve when your background check clears, at which time you’ll be able to start claiming Jyves in the app.
